Returns & Refunds policy

1) One-time access products:

These are digital products & services, which according to their nature are not suitable for returns as they are generated to your specifications or clearly personalized. Hence we will not accept refund requests for any such one time access product or service

EXAMPLE: Access to digital copies of a company's SWOT analysis, business process re-engineering readiness report etc. These are bespoke reports and generated once based on your data and cannot be returned/refunded.

2) Subscription based services:

You are entitled to cancel any subscription based services within 7 days and you will not incur any fees or costs.

EXAMPLE: Monthly/yearly subscription for continuous monitoring and reporting of process KPIs.

Conditions for cancellation of subscription services:

a) The deadline for canceling any subscription based service, without incurring any costs or fee deductions, is within 7 days from the subscription start date.

b) Incase you decide to cancel the subscription after 7 days of your subscription start date, you'll be charged on a pro-rata basis for the number of days used.

EXAMPLE: if the service costs $30 per month and you decide to cancel after 10 days, you'll be charged a subscription fee for 10 days only. i.e $10.

c) In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must stop the subscription from your account settings.
